We are planning to launch our free MOOC on how to become a virtual assistant in March 2023!
If you are reading this article, you probably know what a virtual assistant is. Just in case, here is a reminder of the definition: a virtual assistant is a person who provides support services to a business from a remote location. They can work as freelance entrepreneurs or in a digital services agency. These services can range from less technical digital services, such as administrative assistance, to tech-heavy services such as video editing. By providing on-demand services, virtual assistants can free up time for their clients and save costs on tasks that are not necessarily their clients’ main activity.
In this course, you will learn about the basic skills to become a virtual assistant and discover several domains in which you could provide services remotely. You being an IT expert or not does not matter: we will present you services you can provide that do not require advanced technical skills but also expand to some more technical services in a second part, to inspire you if you want to see what other skills you could develop in the future.
